INDIAN LAND, SC - September 17, 2026 - Movement Mortgage today announced the addition of Tina Kosur as Vice President of Mortgage Technology. Kosur joins the company with more than two decades of experience spanning product, operations, risk, and technology leadership.
Prior to joining Movement, Kosur spent six years at Blue Sage Solutions, where she established and led the company's Project Management Office and directed implementation strategy for enterprise and mid-market clients. As Vice President of Mortgage Technology, she will lead Movement's technology strategy and roadmap across its core mortgage and lending systems.
"Tina deeply understands our business from the loan officer's desk forward, and she is the kind of leader this moment demands as we leverage technology to dramatically level up our ways of working," said Lyra Waggoner, Chief Operating Officer at Movement Mortgage.
Throughout her time in the mortgage industry, Kosur has led cross-functional and cross-regional teams across multiple project management methodologies. She has developed and implemented standardized processes, including centralized requirements management and audit response frameworks, that remain in use at her former organizations.
“Joining Movement Mortgage is deeply personal for me,” said Kosur. “Having worked alongside this team as a partner in the past, I witnessed firsthand a culture that is as rare as it is remarkable. One where innovation is paramount, people are genuinely valued, service is a way of life, and the mission isn't just a tagline. Movement is already doing great things, and I am honored to have the opportunity to help elevate that further through technology strategy leadership and modernized core lending platform experiences that empower our people and better serve the communities we exist to love. This is exactly where I am supposed to be.”
Kosur's contributions to the mortgage and fintech industry have earned national recognition. She was named a 2026 Most Powerful Woman in FinTech by PROGRESS in Lending and a 2025 HousingWire Insider.
