Movement Mortgage welcomes Jeff Rose as Regional Director

Movement Mortgage, a national top 10 retail mortgage lender, is proud to welcome Jeffrey Rose as Regional Director for California and Nevada. In his new role, Rose will lead growth efforts, support market expansion, and serve loan officers across both states.
Jeffrey Rose (NMLS# 320878) brings over 20 years of leadership experience in mortgage and real estate finance. He began his career in 2002 and has since founded and led three mortgage firms and two marketing companies focused on consumer engagement in the mortgage space.
In 2012, Rose joined Bank of America, where he led the Orange County market to become one of the highest-producing in the country. He was later tasked with rebuilding the Los Angeles market, assembling high-performing teams and instilling a culture of accountability and support. After nearly a decade with BofA, he moved into mortgage banking in 2021, where his region quickly ranked among the top-producing nationally. Throughout his career, Rose has remained committed to coaching loan officers, driving strategic growth, and honoring people over production.
"For years I searched for something more than just being a great advisor to clients," says Rose. "It wasn’t until I visited Movement’s corporate office and met with the leadership team that it clicked. I didn’t even realize what I was missing until I saw it up close. It’s a place where I can lead with purpose, showcase my love for people, and be part of something larger than any one of us."
As Regional Director, Rose will focus on expanding Movement’s presence across California and Nevada by recruiting top talent, developing new market strategies, and supporting Movement’s mission to love and value people.

Jeffrey resides in Southern California and is a proud husband and father. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two teens or soon to be teens, Crew and Parker. Whether it's surfing, golfing, staying active, or relaxing at the beach or by the pool, he values any time spent with family. He believes that fitness, faith, and showing up for the people who matter most are at the heart of a meaningful life.
