Homerun Special Purpose Credit Program

Expanding Access to Affordable Homeownership

Movement is helping make homeownership more attainable for more families.

The HomeRun Special Purpose Credit Program (SPCP) is designed to remove barriers and increase access to affordable housing in designated underserved communities.

How it Helps Reduce Costs

You may qualify for home financing designed to make buying a home more affordable.

  • No private mortgage insurance (PMI) required
  • Low down payment requirement
  • Up to $1,500 toward allowable closing costs

These features can help lower upfront expenses and monthly payments making it easier to take that next step toward homeownership.
