Mary explained the breakdown and financing and the monthly payment expectations I just wasn't prepared and informed of 2% escrow on top of 20% down. Only aware of amount needed to close which didn't include escrow. It should have been disclosed in the beginning. Other than that we are happy with the process. :)"
