"The Underwriter was so difficult to work with. He would ask for items and then need more items. We went back and forth probably 6+times. He counted our business loans against us when they would not have needed to because all business dealings were in a segregated account. He also got down to asking about $50 checks. If my income was too close that he needed to consider a $50 check on a $850,000 loan, he should have just said no and let us find another lender. It was insulting."
