She thrives on complex scenarios and challenging files, using her ability to identify “make-sense” pathways to turn uncertainty into opportunity. Her guiding philosophy: every file has potential.
Natalie’s deep industry knowledge sets her apart. “Be smarter than your underwriter,” she says – and she means it. Through continuous study and years of experience, she knows from the first review whether a file can close and lead it with the strategy needed to get it there.
Her achievements reflect this standard. Natalie is part of Movement Mortgage’s Billion Dollar Club and is a Movement Mortgage Founders Club (2025) member. She is a multi-year Movement Mortgage Changemaker (over $75 million annual in production and is also a multi-year Movement Mortgage President’s club awardee.
