This year reminded us that legacies are not built in a moment. They are forged in the steady progress of families finding homeownership, teammates investing in their future, and communities rising together.
Our mission came to life in classrooms where students are thriving, in technology that empowers loan officers, and lives transformed through generosity. We are not just building a business. We are creating something that lasts.
We opened Movement South Fulton, our newest school in Atlanta. Hundreds of students now have access to tuition-free, high-quality education, and the first test results already show gains in reading and math. New teachers and staff have joined the team, creating jobs and momentum that will shape this area for years.
Legacies aren’t created alone. They’re created together.
Legacy is more than what we leave behind. It’s what we build together through homeownership, service, and community impact that continues long after the closing.
Building Strong Financial Futures for Homeowners
Movement helps more people secure homes, grow equity, and make informed financial decisions. Families use what they gain to reduce debt, invest in their goals, and build a solid platform for the years ahead.
Advancing Long-Term Success for Loan Officers
Loan officers thrive with better tools, programs that reward sustained production, and opportunities designed to strengthen their business in any market. They expand their reach, deepen partnerships, and build careers with long-term potential.
Creating Lasting Impact in our Communities
Each loan supports schools, nonprofits, and local initiatives. Movement Schools expand opportunities for the next generation and programs to fund critical resources. These efforts strengthen neighborhoods across the country.
The 2025 housing market tested everyone. We stayed focused, protected profitability, and delivered for buyers and partners. Our servicing platform supported $67B in loans, helping loan officers serve borrowers beyond closing. We ranked top 10 in J.D. Power customer satisfaction for the third year in a row.* That momentum carried beyond lending as Movement Schools expanded to Georgia, and GraceWorks directed $1M+ to community nonprofits.
