Movement’s culture is rooted in excellence, generosity, and the belief that people matter. Across the country, teammates show up with purpose and a willingness to serve, creating an environment where connection, accountability, and personal and professional growth shape the way we work.
Recognition is one expression of that culture. President’s Club, Changemakers, Founders Club, and the Billion Dollar Club celebrate teammates whose leadership and performance move the organization forward.
But culture at Movement extends beyond recognition. In the Pacific Northwest, teammates reimagined what it could look like to live out our values together, inspiring the launch of Movement’s first Impact Day. Teams stepped away from their desks to serve side by side, translating purpose into action through hands-on work in their communities.

Our CEO, Casey Crawford, believes that if you want to change the future of a community, you start with its children. That conviction fuels the growth of Movement Schools, a network of free public charter schools created to give every child access to high-quality education and a pathway to opportunity.
Movement Schools exist to love and value scholars and families. Classrooms are safe, joyful, and led by hand-picked teachers who bring instructional expertise, character, and genuine care. Students learn through personalized instruction, small groups, strong literacy foundations, and daily character education that helps them grow into kind and confident young people. Families gain stability. Children gain belief in their own potential. Communities gain momentum that lasts for generations.
Every loan helps make this possible. Profits support world-class instruction and resources that close generational gaps. Each new campus brings jobs, stronger families, and brighter futures. With every school opened, the impact continues to multiply far beyond this year’s report.
Movement School South Fulton opened this fall, bringing a new public charter option to families in Atlanta. The campus launched with kindergarten through third grade and will grow each year until it serves students through fifth grade. Scholars learn in small groups with personalized instruction, strong character education, and the tools needed to close opportunity gaps. The school creates new jobs, new momentum, and a clear path for families seeking stability in a community in need.
Giving remains central to our mission. Every loan helps fund programs that strengthen communities and support people. Love Works and GraceWorks provide teammate and nonprofit support, while Match Giving amplifies generosity. Vision Trips extend our impact beyond the U.S., reflecting a culture rooted in care and purpose.
